Nike LeBron X+ Commercial “Shoe Science”

For a unique perspective, the Cheetah high-speed motion control dolly was used under a plexiglass deck to show how the LeBron X+ shoes react as LeBron James runs and moves. The Cheetah dolly’s 18 feet per second track speed allowed it to keep up with Mr. James without limitations, and the Cheetah’s low profile allowed it to easily move beneath the deck.

This commercial was filmed with the Gazelle Motion Control Crane and our Cheetah high-speed servo track drive system. Passes were filmed at multiple frame rates for a dramatic effect.
